Terms of Service
1. Prices are for one character. We are presently only accepting single character commissions. Emotes can be different characters if you have more than one on the channel, but only one per emote.
2. Prices are in $USD. Payments are required up front for work to begin.
3. We reserve the right to decline your commission request.
4. We are Seiso here, so no nudity, gore, fetishes, hateful content, etc. Qestra will, however, take on Tasteful commissions, like lingerie or swimsuits.
5. Be sure to send reference images for the character you are wanting drawn!
6. All commissions come with one revision each.
7. Major changes, like a complete character overhaul, will incur an additional fee.
8. Refunds are only allowed during the sketch stage of the commission. Should you choose to cancel the commission at a later time, only a partial refund will be available.
9. Complete commissions are for personal use only. For Commercial Use, an additional fee will be added. ($30 per art piece, $10 per emote).
10. We reserve the right to add completed artwork to our respective portfolios.
